Did you register the Deployment Manager using the script provided in the SDK?

Sorry. Which Deployment Manager you are referring to? Is there any step to register something? Can you please elaborate in detail?

In SDK we have PackageDeployer($SDK\CRM2013SP1SDK\SDK\Tools\PackageDeployer)tool which can be used to install solutions and data. Can't we use that tool and trigger from Build definition?
